Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India generally takes 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details may be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Natural events
Courier or logistics issues
Public holidays
High order volumes
Remote or difficult-to-reach locations

Such delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your patience.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document the condition of the package and retain the packaging materials. This may be required for resolving a shipping-related issue.
